Our Story
The Scissortail Flycatcher is the state bird of Oklahoma where Owner, Katy Armes was born and raised. Southern charm and a penchant for hospitality, Katy has made her natural talents an integral part of her nearly 15 year career in the professional wine industry.
Scissortail Wine Tours was born of a dream to continue to host and educate visitors of The Willamette Valley while enjoying more time with friends and family.
What Makes Us Special
No Pretense
Wine can be such a stuffy subject but we believe it shouldn't. Tours with Katy are relaxed and fun. Education if you want it. None if you don't. While we aren't a party bus, we do offer a relaxed experience.

Katy will curate the day you want based on your level of interest and preferences.
